The Cooper Hotels portfolio consists of 17 hotels in five states, 15 of which are Hilton Family of Hotels franchised properties. Cooper continues to have the distinction of being one of the few companies to own and operate all of the major franchised brands within the Hilton Family including Hampton Inn by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels, Hilton and Embassy Suites by Hilton.
