COPYANDPASTE,INC. was founded by Rune Christensen, Daniel Mikkelsen, and Olav Moeller. The three brilliant minds from Norway decided to build a company in Cebu City, Cebu Philippines on the second quarter of 2013. The company was Incorporated on January 13, 2015. COPYANDPASTE,INC. is a Philippinean subsidiary of Copyleft Solutions -an international software development and IT-operations company based in Oslo, Norway with subsidiaries and colleagues all over the world. COPYANDPASTE,INC. also delivers Web development services and support to Kloner AS . As of 2016 C&P has extended its Web services to Philippine based clients.
