Cornerstone

Support staff from each housing program accompany our tenants on their journey through our housing continuum. We house the person first and case workers provide dedicated social service support to tenants and those housed in the community. Our belief is that those who do not have a home are unable to stabilize and become healthy until their basic needs are met.
