We started conducting high-end loss prevention inspections back in 1980 and have provided quality reports to the majority of the major insurance carriers located in the United States . In addition to providing standard underwriting information our primary objective is to prevent a loss before it happens, we do this by observing your customers normal business operations and describing to you what your customer does and does not do. We then provide you our customer with a quality report and necessary recommendations to help improve your risk and prevent any unnecessary loss. Trust is a important ingredient in our relationship with our customers and because we do live in a ever-changing environment it is important that our customers trust the reports we provide them. How do we build this trust? We have taken the approach that we would rather have experienced field representatives strategically placed in major metropolitan areas versus saturating a state with field representatives that may or may not have the proper experience. As an example, this is the experience you can expect when ordering a inspection report. We have a 35 year veteran who is a former vice president of underwriting, a former supervisor of 125 loss control representatives for a major insurance company, a former employee with ISO, a 35 year veteran and a 25 year veteran and a individual who has just completed his 13th year in loss control.
