Through the implementation of written procedures coupled with the flexibility associated with a small business, we aim to ensure products and service meet the standards our customers demand. e are aware of the advantages and disadvantages of Formal Quality Systems such as ISO9000 and although we do not rule out the possibility of registration for such a system, we have no plans to seek registration in the near future.
