Cottonwood Lab has a simple mission statement: "We'll make it Right" - This is our promise to you. Ever since Brandon Farley opened his doors, he has been helping orthodontists save their most precious resource - their time. He understands the importance of the business partnership with his doctors and their staff. This is the main reason why Cottonwood Orthodontic Labs have had consistent growth in every single year since 2004. Brandon graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University. During this time he worked for one of the largest full service labs in Virginia, which allowed him to learn the complexities that come with operating a large scale lab. While working for Dr. Charles Thomas D.D.S., in Richmond Virginia, Brandon took several training classes on fixed and removable appliances, including Herbst. Combination of this continuing education and employment at Dr. Thomas's practice contributed to his uncanny eye for detail. As a Production Manager, his focus is to use gained knowledge to teach his employees how to guarantee a Perfect-Fit Appliance. In 2008, Seth partnered with Brandon to help expand Cottonwood Orthodontic Labs. Seth was one of the youngest and most successful District Sales Managers for WorldBook. After four years of direct sales experience, he was recruited by one of the largest retailers in the United States. Seth spent five years managing several different stores, and in every location he achieved an increase in sales and customer service satisfaction. In 2003, he returned to Salt Lake City and worked as a Finance Manager, where he learned the finer points of business to business relationships. Seth now has 15 years experience in providing unsurpassed customer service. As a Marketing Director for Cottonwood Orthodontic Lab, his contribution will be to create a level of customer service that will surpass the expectations of every dentist and orthodontist who decide to do business with us. Cottonwood Orthodontic Lab is currently located in Murray, Utah. Our new lab was finished April 2008.
