Campus Property Management was founded in 1967 by Champaign resident and University of Illinois alumnus Erwin Goldfarb. Recognizing the need for expanded housing around the University, Erwin decided to start his own leasing company. Starting off with just one building, Erwin took pride in providing the best customer service to his tenants.
