Central Pennsylvania Water Quality Association

The Central Pennsylvania Water Quality Association (CPWQA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing knowledge of the design, construction, operation and management of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities. The CPWQA is affiliated with the state organization: the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association.
