Crackling King is a hog roasting company based in the north east. We are both qualified chefs with a combined 23 years' experience, having both served as chefs in the Royal Navy. Consequently, catering for large numbers comes easy to us. All of our pigs are locally sourced and have been selected to ensure you are provided with the most succulent pork and perfect crunchy crackling, after being slow roasted for hours on our top of the range equipment. As our name suggests, pork is our specialIty, but we can slowly roast any meat to perfection. Guaranteeing we provide you with something a little different.
