Creaholic
Creaholic was founded in 1986 by Elmar Mock, one of the inventors of the Swatch. His vision was to establish a team of creative and technically minded individuals with the skills, knowledge and enthusiasm to deliver ground breaking projects. During the last 25 years, we've worked on over 750 projects and generated over 150 patent families. Each client project is different - whether it's solving a complex technical problem, envisioning future possibilities, or managing intellectual property. Whilst the majority of our work is for our clients, sometimes we also initiate our own Creaholic incubation projects. We've even created spin-off companies as a way to commercialise our own "in-house" ideas and technologies. For example, in 1999, a Creaholic team had an idea for a radically new fixation technology used to join solid materials. The idea was so promising that we created a spin-off company called Woodwelding AG www.woodwelding.com Today this technology has proven to have several useful applications in a variety of industries. Finally, Creaholic owes its continual success to its team of creative, committed and hard working people. Without them, we would not be here.
