Blackpool based, Create Construction, provides a specialist construction service to a UK wide client base. Create has an enviable reputation in the Education and Hotel Sectors and clients include, Lancaster University, Royal Northern College of Music, Liberty Living Plc (one of the UK’s largest student accommodation providers) and British Land Plc. Create’s niche service provides clients with a one-stop shop covering all aspects from Stage A feasibility studies, through to Stage L requirements. The High Growth programme is a three year business coaching initiative aimed at ‘high growth’ businesses and entrepreneurs. It will support budding entrepreneurs with ideas that can achieve a turnover of £500,000 within three years, and established SME’s with ambition and capacity to expand by at least 20 per cent a year. It is being led by the North West Development Agency with additional funding from the EU. Over 3 years it will generate 2,000 jobs and provide a £250m boost to the region’s economy. In addition to this coaching support, the High Growth Programme enables access other support services. In particular, a series of workshops delivered in Lancashire.
