The "roots" of Credit Control Corporation (CCC) date back to 1953 when a handful of dedicated, experienced recovery specialists served the collection needs of medical entities in Southeastern Virginia. Today, our expanded scope of business spans the country yet personal service remains the cornerstone of our business approach. We represent Medical, Cable, Retail, Commercial and Utility client interests. CCC's results-oriented philosophies are supported by experienced, highly trained staff and the latest technological advances in hardware and software. The range of available services is menu-driven: from cash acceleration programs through bad debt collections and more. There are options to design customized programs to meet specific needs and goals. The principals of patient/customer retention and service excellence are deeply embedded in everything we do. Credit Control has been a member of ACA International since 1973. The association is the voice of the credit and collection industry and serves as a resource for its members, the media, policy makers and consumers.
