Established in 1949 by Lloyd Olson, Crenshaw Lumber Co., Inc. has been successfully serving the professional contractor in the greater Los Angeles area since its inception. With its 2007 acquisition of its Anaheim location, Crenshaw Lumber Co., Inc. has expanded its effective reach to the professional contractor and framer throughout Southern California, and has emerged as a leading provider of building materials and services to professional contractors throughout the region. Throughout the years, Crenshaw Lumber Co., Inc. has worked hard to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with both customers and vendors, and it is the strength of these partnerships that has built loyalty, from customers and vendors alike. Although framing lumber is our core business, Crenshaw Lumber Co., Inc. has grown beyond being a framing lumber company. Since opening the doors to our first lumber yard in 1949, we've remained committed to providing quality products and services. With this philosophy, the company continuously seeks to better serve our loyal customer base; and to this end, the company over the years has developed 3 distinct, yet integrated businesses: Crenshaw Lumber Company, Crenshaw Builders Hardware, and Crenshaw Sash & Door. From its beginning as a lumber and milling business, Crenshaw Lumber Co., Inc. has always sought to provide value to its customers, and this philosophy continues today. We feel that one of our greatest strengths is the experience of our sales team. The company has 6 dedicated outside sales professionals who are devoted to servicing the framing lumber and structural hardware needs of our customers. This team's experience is perhaps unmatched in the industry, with the average time spent in the industry approximately 30 years per salesman. This experience enables our company to consistently provide competitive solutions to the many challenges our professional contractor customers face. Operationally, Crenshaw Lumber Co., Inc. has much to offer. The company has an extensive mill, which includes band saws, rip saw, resaws, block saws, beam saw, table saw, and a unit saw. Our yard team is very adept at building load packages, whether for custom or tract homes, multi-family jobs and commercial work. We maintain a fleet of 11 trucks, giving us the ability to deliver effectively and efficiently throughout the region. Our team of drivers is experienced and knowledgeable. They are also familiar with SWPPS, the California regulations for Storm Water Pollution Protection Services. Crenshaw Builders Hardware has been a fixture at the company since 1992. We are proud to be one of United Steel Products (USP) largest distributors in the country. In addition to our USP line of structural hardware, we distribute an extensive array of hardware for both the concrete contractor trade, and the framing contractor. And just recently, we have begun to offer Mitek's Zone 4 multi-family tie down system. Over the years, Crenshaw Doors & Windows has partnered with the window & door industry's highest quality manufacturers to offer both the installer and the general public. We are proud to offer product from Andersen, Marvin, Milgard and Fleetwood. Our sales staff is both experienced and consultative, always seeking to meet and exceed the customer's value expectations.
