CRM

Founded as a division of Trylon Corporation in 1984, CRM's business plan was simple: Produce a high quality product in the least amount of time. After more than two decades serving the automotive industry, CRM's primary objective is still to provide good value and build trust in its quality and integrity. CRM initially began with a small dip line to finish automotive stampings. Then as the business grew, so did its services. In 1987, CRM installed its first powder system, and a state-of-the-art E-Coat system was added in 1998 for the growing and diverse customer base. Since that time, CRM has offered several new services, including two more powder coating systems, vibratory finishing system, and an internal transportation system. CRM attracts long-term repeat customers by offering just-in-time production and delivery, along with the capability to provide one-stop-shopping for industrial finishing services. With Lean manufacturing principles in place, CRM has earned a ISO 9001:2008 certification. Plus, the skilled staff closely monitors and certifies all quality process controls. This ensures that the CRM commitment to quality is fulfilled.
