The Wolfsburg Crest Club Award, given by Volkswagen of America, Inc., honors those Volkswagen dealers that have met the highest Volkswagen standards in both service and sales. Membership in the Wolfsburg Crest Club demonstrates that we as a dealership have met the highest standards for customer satisfaction, parts sales, new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned sales and service excellence. This Gold Pin, one of only 10 awarded world-wide this year, recognizes Volkswagen dealerships for exemplary performance in every facet of the dealership experience. This award is bestowed upon us by Volkswagen headquarters, based in Wolfsburg, Germany. Nominations are unknown to the dealer until the dealer is approved as a recipient. The criteria for eligibility to receive a Gold Pin is not published. The Award is based on how a dealership represents the Volkswagen brand to customers, how customers are attracted to the dealership and the experience the customer receives while at the dealership. It means we are doing business the way business should be done. The Gold Pin is a once-in-a-lifetime award. A dealership can only receive the Gold Pin once, after that, the dealer is forever part of an Elite Volkswagen club. Having received the Gold Pin, Crown Volkswagen will now be eligible for the Diamond Pin Award, an even more exclusive honor.
