RIC manages rental properties in Boulder, Broomfield,Longmont,Loveland, Thornton and Westminster. A large number of our properties are student rentals in Boulder. We are members of the Boulder Area Rental Housing Association and a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ Rating. We manage commercial real estate in Broomfield ,Wheat Ridge, and Littleton, in addition to 909 14th Street, a large multi-use building on The Hill in Boulder. We also provide bookkeeping servicesto Real Estate investors and fraternities, including the Sigma Nu Buffs. We also offer leasing servicesand are a licensed Real Estate brokeragecompany serving both sellers and buyers. RIC is owned and operated by Cory and Stacy Robinson, a husband and wife team who started the company in 2001.
