The Cultural Intelligence Center, LLC is a growing, innovative institute that is changing the way individuals and organizations are approaching diversity and global engagement. We believe cultural diversity and global engagements provide one of the greatest opportunities for global innovation and growth. But it's not automatic. We've devoted ourselves to the research and development of interventions that are proven to yield results. Rather than simply teaching cultural awareness or building intercultural programs based upon pop psychology or outdated stereotypes, our assessments, action plans, courses, and programs are built from more than a decade of research conducted across 72 countries and focused upon what yields the best global performance. And we've only just begun. The research is ongoing and our unique, empirically driven approach is being adopted by leading companies and universities around the world, including organizations like Google, Coca-Cola, Lenovo, Facebook, Novartis, NTT, Harvard, Stanford, London School of Economics, and hundreds more. Our distinctive feature is our emphasis upon rigorous, academic research combined with relevant best practices for practitioners. While our programs go far beyond simply offering assessments, our understanding of how to accurately assess and predict intercultural performance is the foundation of what we do.
