Cultural Surveys Hawai'i

Cultural Surveys Hawai'i (CSH), founded in 1982 by Dr. Hallett H. Hammatt, is a growing company with offices on O'ahu, Kaua'i, Maui, and Hawai'i. Currently, the company staff of 85 includes: archaeologists, cultural researchers, historians, GIS technicians and support staff. This breadth of experience and expertise, along with office locations in all four counties, gives us the flexibility to provide qualified personnel for projects through the islands, no matter how large or small. Our capabilities are enhanced by ongoing staff training. CSH continually upgrades its equipment and software to assure the thoroughness and accuracy of our work. The company library gives our staff access to an extensive collection of archaeological reports, historic documents, modern and historic maps and historic photographs. Reflecting our commitment to community service, CSH gives public presentations on archaeology, and maintains supportive relationships with many community organizations.
