For over 15 years, Custom Plastic Forming has been producing thermoformed and pressure formed parts...as well as building partnerships. Companies across the United States have come to depend on CPF, and for good reasons. We have outstanding facilities and equipment. Our physical plant provides plenty of room to warehouse raw materials as well as finished goods (we are able offer JIT delivery from stocked production runs). Our equipment is modern and versatile. CPF has a variety of both "station" and "inline" thermoforming machines to handle virtually any gauge material. Robotic trimming/routing machines, tool room for mold design/building, broad "secondary" fabrication capabilities and CAD design are other in-house offerings. We have outstanding people. Our skilled workforce averages more than 15 years of experience specifically in thermoform plastic production. Custom Plastic employees are also skilled at acrylic fabrication and can perform virtually any operations required for your product....all the way to sub-assembly and packaging. We are quality conscious. Custom Plastic Forming is ISO compliant and is currently working towards certification...expected in 2004.
