CFS provides about 300 Tellers and Frontliners at all their seventy Business Offices. CFS provides competitive advantage for MERALCO and BAYAD CENTER as they enjoy high customer satisfaction ratings, increased operational efficiencies, savings and higher profits. With proven track record of providing "worry-free solutions" and now with the MVP Group of Companies supporting them, CFS is now moving from being a captive service provider to a commercial outsourcer focusing on providing FRONTLINECUSTOMER SERVICES. CFS aims to be the FACE to Clients' CUSTOMERS in allCUSTOMER TOUCHPOINTS so their clients can focus on their core functions. Additional new clients now include Cardinal Santos Medical Center, L-Time Studio, and Bayad Center Franchisees. CFS is led by its President, Mr. Manuel L.
