Founded by Greg Cutchall in 1989, CMC is a franchise development company and has opened, acquired or developed over 80 restaurants during the last 25 years. CMC currently owns and operates 50 Restaurants in five states under ten different brands including Paradise Bakery, Sonic, Dominos, First Watch, Famous Daves, Tin Star Taco Bar, Salty Senorita, Jams, Kith & Kin and Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles. CMC is based in Omaha, Nebraska and employees approximately 1400 team members.
