Daejin DMP Co., Ltd. is engaged in the production of printer parts. The Company operates its business under two segments: printer part segment and light emitting diode (LED) segment. Its printer part segment provides rollers such as pick up rollers, transfer rollers, supply rollers, coating rollers, feed rollers and pressure rollers, and blades such as doctor blades and cleaning blades for laser printers, inkjet printers and mini printers. Its LED segment provides LEDs and LED lamps used for cellular phones. It also provides videocassette recorder (VCR) parts, compact disk (CD) parts and others. During the year ended December 31, 2007, printer part segment and LED segment accounted for approximately 89% and 11% of the Company’s total revenue, respectively.
