Dahab Associates

Dahab Associates was founded in 1986 by Richard E. Dahab, CFA. Rich had previously been an engineer who worked on various military defense projects in the 1970s. He specialized in error tracking for missiles, and co-invented the Piezo-electric line of sight corrector, the precursor to image-stabilization technology. He transitioned into finance in 1976. The firm is currently in its third home, an historic manor estate on the South Shore of Long Island. The building is circa 1800, and sits on three acres of land.
