Dainfern College is an independent English-medium, co-educational school, situated on Broadacres Drive, Dainfern, catering for Grades 0-12. We celebrate diversity and are affiliated with the international network of Round Square schools. Dainfern College seeks to appoint an Enrolments Manager to join the Advancement department. The successful candidate is required to take up the position by 1 April 2019; an earlier start date would be advantageous for handover purposes. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Advancement and be required to attend bimonthly meetings with the College Executive Committee. The successful candidate will possess the following: Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the required insight to think strategically Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence in own interpersonal skills; the ability to engage with diverse people - students, staff, parents and the public - in order to support Dainfern College in achieving its enrolment objectives The ability to implement and further develop all enrolment processes and procedures The ability to capture and manage the database and waiting lists of applicants Relevant skills to assist with the planning and implementation of the marketing strategy in the Enrolment space Sound problem-solving skills A high level of positivity, energy and initiative with the ability to work independently At least five years' experience in a marketing or sales role Proven computer skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and other Internet-based programs Willingness to assist in other duties as required by the College, including evening time availability An understanding of or previous experience in the educational space would be helpful and basic financial knowledge would be an advantage.
