The Dakota Event Center is proud to provide the best in state-of-the-art audio and visual entertainment systems available for your event needs. Featuring the latest in Bose Sound systems throughout the facility, you'll enjoy a uniquely rich and clear sound wherever you're sitting. Fully integrated with all of our convention rooms and pre-function area, this system makes it possible for the keynote speakers to address the entire facility or just one of our spacious meeting rooms. This will give you the ultimate experience in providing information to your attendees. Using our wireless hand-held or lapel microphone, you can freely move about the audience and interact with those around you. For banquets or those who prefer to use a podium, we also offer table-top and standard wired microphones as well. When it comes to audio input, we have several different options available for sound that include 1/8" & 1/4" line input jacks which make it possible to use an IPOD, computer, or any other device needed to feed your custom audio throughout The Dakota Event Center. To complement our top of the line sound system, we also have five built-in LCD projectors with drop down screens to showcase your PowerPoint presentations and memorable wedding day videos. As The Dakota Event Center truly is state-of-the-art, our video system allows you to configure all five projectors to work independently of each other, simultaneously, or any combination of the above to undoubtedly 'WOW' your audience. Lighting in our facility is also a fully programmable feature. By utilizing hundreds of lights throughout the meeting rooms, the system allows for multiple adjustments to be made so you can create the perfect environment. From the dimly lit ambiance of wedding dances to a brightly lit convention center, there's room for every mood at The Dakota Event Center. Last but not least is the power support in the facility. The D.E.C. carries independent circuit 20a/110v & 30a/220v outlets, as well as five "show power" access points, to accommodate all of your electrical needs.
