Since 1947, The Dalad Group has been an innovative developer of office, industrial and retail space throughout Cleveland's southern suburbs. Today the company continues to build its portfolio with particular focus on Cleveland's active Interstate #77 corridor, where The Dalad Group holds the largest single inventory of commercial land under common control. The Dalad Group also provides tenant representation and building management services through its brokerage division, Dalad Realty, as well as construction services through its general contracting arm, Dalad Construction. In addition to its real estate business, The Dalad Group also provides environmental services through its affiliate, Norton Environmental. Norton owns and operates both sanitary and demolition landfills. The company also builds and operates sophisticated recycling plants for government clients.
