Daniel Sroka has been practicing law since 1989. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Business School and Wake Forest University Law School, Mr. Sroka has focused his career on business transactions and related fields. Both as a partner with one of the southeast's preeminent law firms and later as vice president and general counsel of a publicly traded company, Mr. Sroka's experience includes mergers and acquisitions, medical and dental practice transitions, finance and capitalization, business formation, succession planning, commercial transactions, franchising, and other areas of corporate and commercial law.
