Danjo Managed Executive Properties

Danjo Managed Executive Properties, Inc. has been providing an exceptional residential leasing experience in Lakeland since 1989. We have been Chamber of Commerce members since 1996, winning the small business award in 2006. We currently manage many homes in the Lakeland area ranging in annual lease rates from $1000 per month to $5000 per month. Several homes are located within walled, gated and/or guarded communities and we can provide lawn and/or pool maintenance for our tenants. We researched the Lakeland area for our niche in the leasing world while we each worked 30+ year careers with Publix Supermarkets. We both started with Publix as 16 year olds in High School and worked our way through the ranks over the years. We had Mr. George, Mr. Charlie and Mr. Blanton directing customer service standards that were 2nd to none. We decided to carry that level of customer service commitment to the residential leasing profession and we do it with passion. Our company motto is "When you fall in love with your job, you'll never have to go to work again".
