This ethic is mirrored in every member of staff to ensure a consistent approach to all clients and projects. We are a family business wholly owned by David and Susan Mingay who with six staff established Daracon in 1983 at Cessnock in the Hunter Valley. From these humble beginnings we have grown to an organisation of approximately 900 people with offices at Wallsend (Head Office), Sydney, Mount Thorley and Gunnedah, with a strong client base our annual turnover exceeds $400M.
