Database Technologies Ltd (DTL) is an Information Technology firm that was established in May 2005 as a spin off from Software Technology Consultants Ltd (SOFTECH), which no longer exists. Most staff members and resources from SOFTECH are now positioned at DTL to continuously provide high quality development and support of database technologies. Combined the staff at DTL has over 13 years of experience in the Information Technology, Insurance and Financial Sectors. The staff at DTL have been developing comprehensive IT solutions for the Financial, Insurance and Bauxite Mining Industries for the past 12 years. DTL staff experience extends to Oracle Database Design, Oracle Database Development and Oracle Database Administration (DBA). Database Technologies Ltd strives on customer satisfaction . Our goal is to provide the best in "Client Satisfaction" and "Customer Support Services. An example of this is our Support Queue System (SQS), which will be on stream in the next quarter. The SQS will be an online customer support service where customers can log on and track the progress of their service and support requests. Our policy of " on-site " support is another example of our dedication to customer service. Consultants will be deployed to our clients' sites when needed to ensure that our clients not only receive the best service, but also that the clients can immediately evaluate the service rendered. DTL will also provide remote access support services for those clients that may require high level support in off hours. DTL provides ultimate solutions utilizing both Oracle and SQL Server databases.
