Datacon Technology

Since 2005, Datacon Technology GmbH has been part of BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (Besi) of the Netherlands, a holding group globally active in the semiconductor industry. Besi's main focus is on the development and production of high-tech, high-precision advanced-packaging equipment. Among Datacon's customers are international manufacturers such as Epcos, Siemens, Infineon, Freescale and AMD, as well as almost all Asian supply companies, such as Amkor, ASE and STATSChipPAC. About twelve years ago, Datacon pioneered brand new ways of making semiconductors with its unique machine platform concept. Today, Datacon is one of the world's leading and most innovative vendors of chip-assembly equipment in the semiconductor industry.
