Davis Development is a multi-family housing developer based in Atlanta, Georgia who in conjunction with their sister companies, Morrow Construction and Carolina Multifamily Construction, develop, construct, and manage upscale apartment communities throughout the Southeast, Midwest and Southwest regions of the United States. Davis Development has developed over 40,000 units and currently manages a portfolio of over 10,000 units with many more in construction and under development.
