We understand and can structure our client's assets in the most beneficial manner to take into account all taxes, including income, gift, estate and generation-skipping taxes. Our estate planning attorneys also assist clients with Living Wills, Patient Advocate Designations, Powers of Attorney, charitable planning and guardian/conservatorship issues. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with the client and the client's family. Since we have considerable experience in trust and estate administration, we work with the fiduciaries and surviving family to administer the decedent's estate and ensure the client's intentions are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. We provide advice to beneficiaries, as well as tax advice to fiduciaries to help them sort through the vast array of tax choices and elections that need to be made. Our relationship with our clients not only assists in structuring customized plans, but also is important in the plans' administration. We also provide comprehensive income tax analysis. We have attorneys with Masters in Taxation who are able to provide advice in resolving complicated tax matters. Finally, we provide advice and representation in court related to guardianships, conservators or disputes related to the administration of estates or actions by trustees or other fiduciaries, and enforcing beneficiaries' rights.
