No high pressure tactics. In the long run we will lose business. Instead, our approach is this: In addition to the services you ask us to perform, we will do our best to inspect your vehicle for safety, maintenance and factory-recommended service issues. We will then review the status of your vehicle with you and make recommendations about what needs to be done, what should be done and what can wait. With your permission, we will also send you reminders about those items to help keep your vehicle safe and dependable, and maintain its value. However, please feel no obligation or pressure from D.C. Auto about any recommendations we make. It is your vehicle. We will not be hurt if you choose another shop to perform any work. Make no mistake: we want to be your only source for your auto service and repair needs, including maintenance (oil, brakes, tires, battery, fluids, etc.), factory-recommended service (by mileage intervals), minor repairs (headlight, window motor, water pump, etc.), major repairs (engine or transmission overhaul) and performance and Aesthetic modifications. Our goal is to be your one-stop-shop for your vehicle, your family's vehicles, your in-law's vehicles, your neighbors' vehicles, your co-workers' vehicles and all other vehicles on the planet.
