District of Columbia International School

DCI is dedicated to building a culturally diverse faculty and staff committed to teaching and working in a multicultural and multilingual environment. Our school opened with grades 6 and 7 in 2014 and will expand to grades 6-8 in 2015. We will grow by one grade per year until we reach our full 6-12 model. As a new school, we expect faculty and staff to embrace the rigor and commitment necessary to build, maintain, and expand a shared culture and vision. Your educational values should include a commitment to social justice, environmental stewardship, diversity, internationalism, and interdisciplinary education as reflected in the International Baccalaureate curriculum framework.
