DD9

DD9 is a professional graphic design & web development firm based in Boulder, Colorado. The company was founded under the trade name 'DesignDivine' by Todd Dumas in 2001, shortly after his graduation from Stanford University. For several years, DesignDivine operated as a one-man-web-shop with a focus on small, design-heavy projects for local businesses. In 2007, the first programmer, Taavo Smith, was brought on board. Empowered with the support of a highly talented engineer, the scope and complexity of DesignDivine projects expanded rapidly with a tilt toward application development. In 2010, Hilary Clarcq was recruited as front-end designer for her unique, edgy style and masterful illustration skillset. She is currently a DD9 principal and our lead designer. After a decade in business, the DesignDivine name had become stale, and the rented office seemed like a bad fit. So, in 2011, we rebranded as DD9, relocated to a hip new studio space in north Boulder and we haven't looked back since. DD9 continues to expand its network of senior-level contractors and we look forward to taking on increasingly sophisticated development projects, high visibility branding projects and large scale marketing campaigns.
