DDS is a resource for parents and individuals to help them face and overcome challenges. Through the Elks Home Service Nurse DDS provides home consultation services and assists families and individuals with advocacy. Periodically, DDS hosts parent workshops and seminars that are free and open to the public. See our events page for up-coming events. Several years ago DDS began a medical equipment exchange program in which individuals who no longer need durable medical equipment donate the items to DDS; DDS in turn, distributes the equipment to individuals who can benefit from the equipment. This is a free community enrichment program.
