Designed in 1957 by Architect Melvin Grossman, the oceanfront hotel in Miami Beach, Deauville Beach Resort, was named Hotel of the Year upon opening. The Rolling Parties in the Napoleon Ballroom hosted artist such as Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, Louis Armstrong and Tonny Bennet.
