Decade Properties

Decade has been a diverse leader in the real estate industry since 1980. The corporations and partnerships collectively known as the Decade Companies began initially to perform property acquisition and syndication services. Since then, our sales team and financial experts have raised in excess of $250,000,000 in equity and financing for real estate syndications, purchases and construction and has grown from a three person operation to over 200 employees. Decade is headquartered in Brookfield (Milwaukee), Wisconsin, with a regional office in Clearwater, Florida. Decade currently owns and manages in excess of 700,000 square feet of office space, several hotels and marinas a waterpark, restaurants, and some undeveloped land. Approximately half of the properties owned and managed by Decade are located in Wisconsin, specifically Metropolitan Milwaukee. The remaining properties are located in Central Florida in the Tampa Bay area.
