At Deers Leap we aim to offer you the best prices. We're a small shop and don't have a team of people in a warehouse packing, so unfortunately we don't have the facility to offer 'next day' services or expedited delivery. We think you'll prefer low prices to speed! Bikes need to be assembled by experienced bike mechanics and given a 'Pre-delivery inspection'. Some bike manufacturers such as Trek don't permit deliveries - you must collect the assembled bike from the store. However this does not always apply to special items such as ex-demo, pre-owned or scratch & dent bikes - please call 01342 325858 to see if this applies to your bike. However we do offer free delivery if you're ordering anything over £50, and do offer an excellent personal service. Don't forget that we will shop around on your behalf for lower prices, so always come to us for a quote. Typically we aim to get deliveries out in a day or two either from stock or once the bike arrives with us, but they may take 7-10 days. We don't guarantee a delivery date. We'll let you know if anything is out of stock, or we have to order something in especially. Then you have the option to cancel for a full refund, or wait for your order. Many specialist products come from abroad, in particular the US and can take a few days.
