Defined Fitness, founded in 1986, operates five health clubs. Each club is a full-service center offering state-of-the-art strength training, cardiovascular equipment, a wide variety of group exercise classes, cutting edge athletic programming and an aquatic complex featuring an indoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna and steam room. In addition to offering a wide variety of cutting-edge group fitness classes, Defined Fitness offers individual and group personal training.
