Brad has been a life long resident of Bryan / College Station, TX. He started in the customer service industry in his father's commercial laundry and dry cleaning business that was operated for 42 years. Brad expanded on his knowledge of cleaning and fabrics in April 1991 by opening Chem-Dry of Brazos County, a franchise cleaning company. Since then, Chem-Dry of Brazos County has been in operation for over 27 years. Brad's extensive background includes cleaning of carpet, upholstery, area rugs, tile, natural stone refinishing and water damage restoration. Sue has a science degree from Texas A & M University, Class of 1993. She has previous experience in retail, teaching and digital communications. She has spent the past 17 years working with Chem-Dry and she has certifications within the cleaning and restoration industries. Through years of classroom and field experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. Brad and Sue have built a reputation for quality and excellent customer service in the Bryan/College Station, TX area with their Chem-Dry business. With a long-standing reputation of excellent customer service, Brad & Sue decided to launch Delta Restoration Services of Greater Brazos Valley. They feel there is always a better customer experience just waiting for anyone in uncertain times during a flood, fire or other disaster to their home. While Brad and Sue do work hard for their customers, Sue enjoys working with rescue animals, horses and other projects including lawn and landscaping.
