We have wonderful suppliers who provide us with local, fairtrade and organic products. As vegetarian specialists, Demuths Cookery School is founded on understanding the importance of using vegetables, fruits and fresh produce. All of the schools courses use best quality and seasonal produce which, whenever possible, is locally sourced and organic. Part of the ongoing commitment to using locally sourced seasonal produce is the schools close relationship with our growers: Eades Greengrocers The Eades family are third generational market gardeners and are based in Bath. They supplied Demuths Resturant for two decades and the cookery school since its start. They pick their vegetables at first light and we cook on the same day. Completely fresh and always seasonal.
