DENIS CHEM LAB LIMITED, is Public Limited Pharmaceutical Company situated at Block No.457, Chhatral, Ta.: Kalol (N.G.), Dist.: Gandhinagar, in the State of Gujarat Pin : 382729, INDIA. The Administrative office is located at 401, Abhishree Complex, Opp. OM Tower , Satellite Road, Near Bidiwala Park, Ahmedabad - 380015, Gujarat, INDIA. The Company is a Public Limited Pharmaceutical Company incorporated in 1982. The Company was registered with DGTD for manufacturing 4 million bottles of I.V. Fluids and 75 MT of Bulk Drugs per annum and started commercial production in 1984. We are a part of Sintex Industries Limited, one of India¡¯s top 500 companies having wide interests in Plastics, Textiles & Pharmaceuticals. In 1991, the production capacity was further enhanced to 8 million bottles per annum incurring by an additional investment of Rs.8.3 million and enabled the Company to introduce several new products. The capacity utilization during 1993-94 was 93% and once again, in 1994 an investment of Rs.2.5 million was made for enhancing the production capacity to 20 million glass bottles for I.V. Fluids and 100 MT for Bulk Drugs. The products of the Company are manufactured in ultra modern plant using automatic equipments and facilities, which are conforming to GMP specifications as per WHO norms. The factory is located on a land area of about 14000 sq. metres, which is situated in a pollution free environment. The built up area for the manufacturing operations is about 5000 sq.m. The Company¡¯s products are filled in glass bottles in volume of 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml. in aseptic condition and followed by terminal sterilization. The company has recently started manufacturing of I.V. Fluids in P.P. Plastic bottles using latest BFS technology with an installed capacity of 15 million units per annum. Investment is making every year and our capacity for glass bottles is 21.84 million and for plastic bottles 18.72million. In future we will make investment for increase our capacity further. The Company has a fully equipped in-House Quality Control Laboratory having different inter-departments for Chemical Testing, Physico-Chemical Testing, Microbiological Testing, Pyrogens Testing, Sterility Testing and Toxicity Testing. All raw Materials, Packing Materials, in process testing and finished stocks are tested in-house.
