Unless otherwise specified, deVere controls and operates the App from its offices within Mauritius. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Mauritius, without regard to its choice of law provisions. You hereby consent to the exclusive and personal jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mauritius, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the use of the App or any product or service related thereto. Use of the App is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including and without limitation this paragraph.
