De Syndic was recently created within the Dewaele group. The managing agent is a crucial element in sound management of a building with several owners. Consequenlty, our group also needed to have such a division. For more information go to www.desyndic.be In 1985 the late Pol Dewaele founded the Dewaele consultancy. After a varied career in the textile industry and having gained experience in various fields of the real estate sector, Pol Dewaele decided to establish an estate agency. He is the founder of the current network of offices. Pol Dewaele passed away in March 2007. The present board of directors consists of 3 people: Filip Dewaele (Pol's son), Stefaan Coucke and Geert Berlamont. Each with their own field of expertise, Filip, Stefaan and Geert are responsible for the everyday management of the Dewaele Group and for the expansion of the network of offices. Our network of offices consists of an enthusiastic team of over 140 employees. Each with their own speciality, they give it their best every day to satisfy our customers.
