Diamond Dining Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the restaurant business. The Company operates various types of theme restaurants that are mainly located in Tokyo area and charge the middle-range price of about JPY 4,000 per person. The restaurants offer Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, French cuisines and others. Some of its restaurant names are VAMPIRE CAFÉ, Gachi, Princess Heart, Patrasche, CANDY and GABU-RIB, among others. Diamond Dining had 53 restaurants mainly in Tokyo as of February 29, 2008. On July 15, 2008, the Company acquired a Tokyo-based company.
