The co-­founders of DICE have a rich experience in this field and were constantly witnessing that the freshers or trained freshers were not up to the mark where they can get a good start in web design industry. This was applicable even to students graduating from top web design institutes. So, with a vision to raise the education & training standard to industry levels, DICE or Delhi Institute of Continuing Education was incorporated. The co-­founders brought in their collective experience and expertise to design and prepare courses, programs and course materials specifically aimed at what the web design companies would need. This approach is very different from other institutes where "by-­the­-book" system is used to stress more on concepts that either obsolete or not relevant to web design companies' current needs.
