We sell only to Authorized Pro A/V Resellers, VAR's, Integrators, etc. We do not sell to end users. Digital Data started in 1996 as VAR of computer related (IT) products. In 2000, we created a second side of our business, which was focused on Pro A/V systems integrators and products targeted towards the A/V channel. Working in conjunction with a network of independent Pro A/V sales reps, we built our base of customers and continued to increase the product offerings to these customers. Our strategy has been, and will continue to be, to provide a much higher level of support of our customers. We believe that this philosophy has been the primary factor in our continued growth.
