Dalian Innovation Industrial Company is the predecessor of Dalian Innovation Parts Manufacturing Company (Dalian Innovation in short), founded in 1998. In 2000, it was renamed as Dalian Innovation Parts Manufacturing Company, a private enterprise with stock cooperative system and having 810 people at present. Dalian Innovation mainly specializes in parts of automobile engine and braking system, engine parts for maritime affairs, and hydraulic parts of engineering and machinery. Besides it also develops and manufactures automobile steering system. The company's products are exported to countries such as Japan, Germany, America, the UK, France, and Brazil for matching those products of American Cummins, Germany Deutz, Germany Knorr, Faw-Diesel, Deutz (FAW) of Dalian, American Mercury, and American Eaton. The company is the important enterprise of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province and the leading enterprise of Dalian automobile parts industry. It was deemed as the export base of national automobile parts by the Commerce Department and the National Development and Reform Commission in 2006. In 2013, it was deemed as the national high-tech enterprise. Dalian Innovation got ISO/TS16949¡¢ISO9001v Quality Management System certification of Germany TÜV , ISO14000 Environmental Management System certification, and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.
